This item and all the

"This item and all the other items I've received from Circuit Breaker Guys have been fine. Exactly as advertised. Their shipping has been lightning fast. Everything has arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. That's been great! NOT SO has been the return for credit process when I ordered a part in error. It has now been 14 days since they received the item I returned after obtaining their RMA unused and exactly in the condition I received it. Just today I received a notice from them that it may be up to 10 more days before my credit card account is credited for the return authorization amount. So, they're great to deal with as long as you're paying them. When it comes time for them to refund you, they take their sweet time and charge a 25% restocking fee. Not so good. (And, yes, I've already made them aware of my dissatisfaction. ) Come to think of it, the IRS issued my tax refund faster than they've processed my refund."
